Want to relish your food? Chasseur, the French word for sauce means “to relish” or to make food appealing. The addition of sauce turns ordinary foods into classic French cuisine. While you enjoy a fabulous luncheon, Chef John will take you step-by-step through the art of sauce-making and give you tips on French cookery.
Meal to include: Salad of haricot verts and tomato tartare with chive oil; Lamb chops with cassoulet of beans with rosemary; Asparagus with sauce béarnaise; and Chocolate crepes with cherries jubilee.
