Ring in the holidays with elegance and ease by serving a beautiful, bountiful buffet. Chef John will share recipes and tips for foods that do well on the buffet table as well as ideas for displaying your dishes in a most-appealing way. You will be ready for your festive holiday gathering.
Meal to include: Smoked salmon toasts; Wild mushroom and goat cheese crostini; Grilled flank steak with mushroom Marsala sauce; Chicken stuffed with Boursin cheese, spinach, red pepper and basil sauce; Green bean and carrot bundles; Chive mashed potatoes; Fresh fruit carving; and Cheesecake with berries and mint garnish.
