Summer’s herbs are at their peak, ready to enhance the flavor of any dish.  In this concept talk, Peggy will teach you how to use herbs and spices in rubs and pastes and marinades. Join us for this delicious lunch of Tomato and Mozzarella Salad with Pancetta, Olive Oil and Fresh Basil; Italian Grilled Chicken with fresh Tomato and Artichoke Relish, Mushroom Risotto with Italian Parsley, Green Beans, Carrots and Zucchini, Rolls, Breadsticks and Butter; Vanilla Ice Cream with Fresh Berries and Cabernet Sauce.

Reservation and payment for lunch of $14.00 per person required by
Thursday, August 12.

No Refund if cancellation is received after Noon on Friday, August 13.
