Many people are learning how simple meditation practice can help them relax, clear their minds, and have increased clarity and insight.If you have wondered what meditation is all about, and would like to explore how you might incorporate meditation in your day to day life this series will give you an opportunity to learn about and explore this aspect of emotional wellness.

Members of this class will have the opportunity to explore the following:

  • The benefits of meditation
  • The variety of meditation practices to choose from
  • The importance of breathing and centering yourself
  • Incorporating mediation into your daily life
