How many times have you scrapped a recipe because it called for a step or ingredient that puzzled you? Have you watched The Food Network and marveled at the techniques used by their cooks and chefs? Do you want to cook more at home but it takes too much time?

If you want to increase your culinary competence, and hands-on is the way you learn, then Kitchen Skill Drill is the program for you. Join us for this noon-time program in the Test Kitchen of McDonel Hall. Samples will be served. You are welcome to bring your own lunch.
