Vegetarianism 101

Vegetarian takes on different meanings for different folks: very strict (vegan); full-time or part-time vegetarian; mostly vegetarian who includes eggs or milk, fish or chicken; omnivore who likes lots of vegetables; or wanna-be vegetarian. 

This 2-part how-to class will help you interpret recommendations and successfully plan a plant-based diet. 

Additionally, we will explore topics for future classes, an opportunity to share what you want to learn more about in order to make plants the mainstay of your diet.
