Emotional Wellness

Emotional Wellness is the component of the Health4U program that supports and promotes the emotional well-being of the campus community.

This component has been built with the understanding that we are all born with innate mental health, and that this health never goes away. Sometimes we lose sight of it, leading us to feeling stress, worry, upset, or that things are "off balance."

The program options here are designed to point us toward our health again, putting us back in balance, and getting us focused again on what we need to do for ourselves.

The majority of Health4U services are provided free of charge. There are fees for a limited number of seminars, support groups, and for Health4U Coaching Services. Fees, if applicable, need to be paid prior to attending the first session of a seminar, support group or coaching service appointment.
