Registration, Eligibility, Fees, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
Registration
Registration is required for Health4U classes, coaching services and special events/activities. Participants may register through the Health4U's online registration form (PDF document) or by phone at
517-353-2596.
Eligibility
Health4U classes, coaching services, online programs, special projects and group opportunities are open to MSU faculty, staff, graduate student employees, retirees, and the spouses/partners of members of these groups.
Fees
The majority of Health4U services are provided free of charge. There are fees for a limited number of seminars, support groups, and for Health4U Coaching Services. Fees, if applicable, need to be paid prior to attending the first session of a seminar, support group or coaching service appointment.
Cancellation/Postponement
Health4U reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class, seminar, coaching appointment, or special event/activity.
If cancellation or postponement is necessary every effort will be made to contact the registered participants in a timely manner.
If Health4U cancels a class, seminar, coaching appointment or special event/activity for which there is a participation fee, a full refund will be provided.
Refunds
Registrants who withdraw within 24 hours after the first session of a program will receive a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.
Registrants who withdraw after this 24-hour period or prior to the second session of a multi-session class or seminar will receive a refund of one-half the program fee minus a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after the second session of a multi-session class or seminar.
Refund requests should be made directly to the Health4U Program office. Refund requests can be made in person (330 Olin Health Center) between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, by email at health4u@msu.edu; by phone at 517-353-2596.
