How to register for a class, program, or seminar
To register for Health4U class, program, or seminar complete Health4U's registration form.
After you complete the registration form either email the completed form to health4U@msu.edu or fax to the Health4U office (fax number: 517.432.0155).
If the form does not seem to work correctly please contact Health4U ASAP via phone or via email to let us know of the problems with the form.
NOTE: After you complete the form save the complete form then email to Health4U.
Note:
Health4U classes, coaching services, and groups are open to MSU faculty, staff, graduate student employees, retirees, and the spouses/partners of members of these groups.
We are continually exploring options to increase access to Health4U programs/services and to provide these services at no cost and/or limited cost to our intended audiences.
