Recipe for Health

Residential and Hospitality Services and Health4U

MSU Culinary Services and Health4U partner to bring Recipe for Health to MSU faculty and staff.

Recipe for Health offers you information and recipes to help you prepare healthful meals every day. A seasonal food or pantry staple is the focus of each month’s edition adding to the array of featured food articles and recipes accumulating in our archive (see below).

Want to taste test the recipe before making it at home? One day each month, the recipe is featured in Culinary Services’ facilities on campus. On that same date over the lunch hour, the chef will be in Brody Square demonstration kitchen to present Recipe for Health Cooking Series. Check out the colorful box right below the recipe for the date and locations.

If you would like to subscribe, please send us an e-mail with your name, preferred e-mail address, and "Recipe for Health" in the subject line.
