Chopped of Food Network fame is still solidly rated many years running. We’ll set up a little competition of our own at the University Club with a basket of mystery ingredients selected at the Meridian Farmers Market by Health4U nutritionist Peggy Crum. Since it’s only Chef John in the competition, it’s just for fun. But—we do want to challenge the chef to invent, on the spot, a dish he can serve the judges (all of you in the audience) from the items he finds in the Farmers Market basket. Join us to learn how to use what you have to create a delicious dish for dinner.
