- Learn to depend on awareness and trust of internal regulators of hunger, appetite and satiety as a guide for what and how much to eat.
- Learn to calm down and stay calm and tuned in while eating.
- Resolve your negative feelings about your eating.
- Learn to take good care of yourself with food.
- Learn to manage conflict and anxiety about weight.
- Begin to find ways of being active that are right for you.
- Find out what holds true for you when your eating and activity are consistent and positive.
