The Good Form System was developed by our friends at Playmakers Okemos, the area’s running and walking authority. Good Form has a simple mantra: move light and easy. This class will teach you the three points of Good Form Walking and Running, and includes demonstration and practice of associated drills and techniques. This clinic is a great way to tune up your gait and help jumpstart your spring fitness goals. Whether you are casual or competitive, Good Form can improve your moves!

Join us for a 20-minute introductory lesson followed by a 20-minute walk on campus. All sessions are Free and will be outdoors, please dress appropriately.
