The ideal combination of stretching techniques partnered with simple yoga poses.

This is a great class for men and women of all fitness and stretching levels. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Mats are available, but you can bring your own if you want.

We are very excited to announce that Active Stretching will be offered for FREE this year!
