Health4U offers a wide variety of courses. MSU faculty, staff, and graduate student employees are eligible to participate in our classes. This 4 week course is based on the book “Don’t Feed the Monkey Mind: How to Stop the Cycle of Anxiety, Worry, and Fear” by Jennifer Shannon, LMFT.

The MSU Breathe Easy Program is a free tobacco and nicotine cessation program featuring behavioral support and medical evaluation.

Enjoy a free 10-minute stress relieving chair massage sampler.

These free 40-minute group-exercise classes are a great way to getting active during the workday while enjoying the sights and sounds of MSU’s campus.

Each month on the date when the Recipe for Health is served in the dining facilities on campus, Chef Kurt will show us how to prepare the recipe.

There is something about staring up at the night sky that is peaceful and relaxing, allowing us to forget about any stress that we may be experiencing.
