Moving for pleasure as well as for health is the key to integrating movement into your every day life. Whether you enjoy moving as an individual activity, engaging in family or group opportunities or doing a bit of both, this lifestyle choice is a key factor in enhancing your overall health and well-being.

The articles, events, classes and resources you will find in this section of the website will connect you with everything you need to know about movement and fitness at Michigan State University and in the surrounding community.   We'll keep you updated regarding current research, as well as daily/weekly movement and fitness opportunities.

Our approach to movement and fitness is simple: engagement in movement and fitness activities is good for you! Running, dancing, walking, twirling, wheeling, cycling, skating... the type of exercise you choose doesn't matter as long as it is enjoyable and the experience encourages you to continue participating on a regular basis.  Choosing to move while at Michigan State University is easy. Health4U and MSU Moves looks forward to partnering with you to integrate movement into your everyday life.
