The goal of Health4U Coaching Services is to provide accurate health and lifestyle information, introduce new behaviors/skills, and identify useful campus and/or community resources, to support personal balance and increase work/life effectiveness.  Coaching related to the use of alcohol, nicotine, and other drugs may help people begin to explore their personal relationship with these substances.

With ANDI Coaching, you may:

  • Learn more about about the impact that the use of a substance is having on your health, your choices, and your relationships.
  • Explore ways to cut down your use in ways that feel appropriate to you.
  • Learn about local services that are available to assist you.
  • Come up with a personalized plan to quit your use.

To learn more about Health4U Coaching services, please contact us.  We'll be happy to talk with you and answer any questions you may have, or to set up an appointment to meet with one of our coaches.

MSU faculty, staff, graduate student employees, retirees and their spouses/partners of members of these groups are eligible for ANDI coaching.
