Offered once per semester, $ensible Meals sessions will feature tips for managing common barriers to having meals. Peggy Crum, Health4U nutritionist, will demonstrate an idea or two for fast, frugal, and flavorful meals.

If these dilemmas ring true for you, join Peggy Crum, Health4U nutritionist, for one (or more) of these sessions. Learn how to make fast, frugal and flavorful meals that will satisfy your senses. You will leave feeling more comfortable, confident and competent with meal planning and preparation.

This noontime program is being offered 3 times on the 2018-19 Health4U calendar. Each session will include tips for making meals happen. The food demonstration will vary for each of the sessions.
