Fresh Air Fitness Series
These 40-minute, group-exercise classes are great for getting active while enjoying the sights and sounds of MSU’s campus in the summer.
Embrace the outdoors and join us for the 2018 MSU Fresh Air Fitness Series! Classes run from 12:10pm – 12:50 pm, and are held at various locations across campus (check schedule for complete details). Previous classes have included Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Walking.
Classes are free, but registration is recommended.
