These free group-exercise classes are a great way to getting active during the workday while enjoying the sights and sounds of MSU’s campus.

Join colleagues, make new connections, and get active during your day with the free Fresh Air Fitness Series. Health4U and University Health and Wellbeing are proud partner with WJ Beal Botanical Garden to offer this suite of outdoor yoga classes. All classes take place at 12:15pm and meet under the Ginkgo Tree. 

Please note that Fresh Air Fitness will be offered in-person, on campus, and is absolutely free. We apologize, but we will not be offering this program remotely at this time. The goal of the Fresh Air Fitness Series is to provide the MSU community with a free, accessible opportunity to be active during the workday. Please bring water, dress appropriately for the weather and bring a yoga mat or towel!

MSU community members eligible for food and nutrition counseling services include faculty, staff, graduate assistants, retirees and the spouses/partners of members of these groups.
