If you want to increase your culinary competence, join our small audience as Corporate Chef Kurt Kwaitkwoski or one of the neighborhood Executive Chefs teaches us a specific skill, invites our questions, and entices us with a taste or two.
Convenience foods, take-out meals, and eating out anything from fast food to high-end cuisine—feeding ourselves has changed. Home Ec classes have gone by the wayside and we may not have had Mom’s (or Dad's?) home cooking to teach us how to prepare a meal.
