Best practices for physical activity in the workplace. Developing a culture of movement

If you work in an office setting, it can be hard to get in enough movement during the day. Learn about the importance of physical activity and how you can combat the aches and pains of a desk job with this interactive session. We’ll start by discussing ideas to get active, the physiology behind common injuries, and how to set up your workstation ergonomically. Then we will complete a desk-stretching routine that you can take back to your office and perform anytime you need to get up and move.
