This three-session course will focus on developing skills to enhance friendship, manage conflict, and generate shared meaning in your relationship.

The Building a Strong Relationship House series is based on the research of Drs. John and Julie Gottman, clinical psychologists who focus on couples, marital stability, and relationship analysis. In their 40 years of research studying thousands of couples, Drs. John and Julie Gottman have worked to increase their understanding of what exactly makes relationships work.

The series will provide an overview of the Gottman’s work including research and theory as well as skill development, and practical suggestions to enhance your relationship.
