If you can sit in a chair - you can do yoga!

Chair Yoga adapts some of the traditional poses of yoga to be done seated, or while standing and using the chair for support. Stretching, reaching, bending, and breathing – and no mat required! Perfect for busy days when there’s no time to change into exercise wear. Enjoy the class solo or together with a group of friends or co-workers from your side of the screen. Take time for self-care by refreshing your mind and body with Chair Yoga!

This live class is open to MSU Faculty, Staff, Graduate Assistants, Retirees and their spouses/partners.

Sponsored by Health4U with support from Recreational Sports and Fitness Services.
