This three session course will focus on strategies to embrace rather than dread the winter months ahead. Join us for 1 or all 3 sessions!

Session 1: Winter Blues or Seasonal Affective Disorder?
Fall and winter brings shorter days, holidays, and increased stress. If you find that seasons change how you feel, come learn effective strategies to move through seasonal depression.

Session 2: Hygge: The Danish Recipe for Happiness
Learn about the phenomenon 'Hygge' (pronounced 'hoo-ga') and why it is an integral part of Danish culture. Hygge can remedy your winter blues; bring warmth to your heart, and is possibly why Denmark is consistently ranked as one of the world’s happiest countries to live in.

Session 3: Connecting Through Play
Bring out the Board Games! Join us for a truly Hygge activity playing cards and board games. Relive some of your favorites like Clue or Scrabble or join in for a round of Euchre.
