$ensible Meals sessions feature tips for managing common barriers to having meals. Peggy Crum, Health4U nutritionist, will demonstrate an idea or two for fast, frugal, and flavorful meals.

Do you struggle to put meals on the table? Does it boil down to not having enough minutes, money, or meal ideas? If these dilemmas ring true for you, join Peggy Crum, Health4U nutritionist, for one (or more) of these sessions. Learn how to make fast, frugal and flavorful meals that will satisfy your senses. You will leave feeling more comfortable, confident and competent with meal planning and preparation.
