Explorations in Eating

What does ‘normal eating’ look like? Join MSU Health4U Registered Dietitian, Abby Richey, every other Wednesday from 12:30-1:00 pm for a nutrition conversation via Teams. Each Wednesday, we’ll explore a nutrition topic in relation to ‘Normal Eating.’ Then, we’ll open up the session for Q & A. Come prepared to share examples in your life and be open to the possibility of being a ‘Normal Eater!’ To allow for discussion, this group will be limited to the first 20 that sign-up. No need to attend every session; join us when you can.

*First session to begin March 2, 2022 @ 12:20pm. Beginning September, this class will occur once a month and will run through the end of December.

This live webinar is open to MSU Faculty, Staff, Graduate Assistants, Retirees and their spouses/partners.

Please note, the October 26th session has been cancelled. Instead, we will be offering a Cooking Demo on October 19th in partnership with WorkLife Office. Further information and registration for this session can be found here. This session is available in-person for the first 10 individuals that register, this location will be listed once available. This will also be available to anyone that would like to join virtually via zoom.
