With finite hours and so many demands to our mental bandwidth, it’s easy to fall into a cycle of stress related to the daily time-crunch. While we can’t borrow or bottle time, this class will explore strategies to more efficiently allocate our minutes, streamline workflow, and relieve some pressure in the process.
