Fresh Air Fitness
These free 40-minute group-exercise classes are a great way to getting active during the workday while enjoying the sights and sounds of MSU’s campus.
Join colleagues, make new connections, and get active during your day with the free Fresh Air Fitness Series! MSU Recreational Sports and Fitness Services and the MSU Health4U Program are proud to offer this four-week suite of classes, running from June 3 and run through June 27. All classes take place from 12:10pm – 12:50pm.
The goal of the Fresh Air Fitness Series is to provide the MSU community with a free, accessible opportunity to be active during the workday. We host several classes (Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, and Walking) on different days and at various sites across campus to better meet your needs! Please bring water and dress appropriately for the weather.
Classes are free, but registration is recommended.
