We often hear about the importance of increasing your physical flexibility as you age, yet most people have never heard about the importance of increasing their psychological flexibility

Seldom are we taught that increasing your psychological flexibility is a major key to success in both your personal and professional life. This course offers 3 sessions of basic training in the 6 core skills in Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT) as a precursor to your own course of self-study utilizing videos created by Lisa Laughman that you can watch over time as you work to move from psychological rigidity towards psychological flexibility. Lisa will also provide a follow up webinar to answer questions participant may have after completing the video series.
