Increasing Your Psychological Flexibility
Participants will have the opportunity to learn a little about each of the 6 theories embedded in the model.
We often hear about the importance of increasing your physical flexibility as you age, yet most people have never heard about the importance of increasing their psychological flexibility. Seldom are we taught that increasing your psychological flexibility is a major key to success in both your personal and professional life. This course offers 3 sessions of basic training in the 6 core skills in Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT). Come learn how to be present in the moment, open and relaxed, and able to do what matters most.
