If you want to increase your culinary competence, join our small audience as Corporate Chef Kurt Kwaitkwoski or one of the neighborhood Executive Chefs teaches us a specific skill, invites our questions, and entices us with a taste or two.

Convenience foods, take-out meals, and eating out anything from fast food to high-end cuisine—feeding ourselves has changed. Home Ec classes have gone by the wayside and we may not have had Mom’s (or Dad's?) home cooking to teach us how to prepare a meal.

If you’re stumped by recipe lingo or you just want to be able to make your way around the kitchen, check out our Kitchen Skill Drill calendar. We're moving these to various places around campus so please note the location for the Skill Drill you want to attend.
