Finding Time: Time Management Strategies for Busy Professionals.(Fall)
- There will be two sessions for the class, you might register for both or one of the sessions.
- The first one will be on Monday, 10/09/2023 from 2:00 pm-2:50 pm.
- The second session will be on Wednesday, 11/08/2023 from 10:00 am-10:50 am.
This class will explore strategies to more efficiently allocate our minutes, streamline workflow, and relieve some pressure in the process.
Ergonomic Best Practices for Workstation Comfort and Safety. (Fall)

- The second session is on 12/07/2023 from 10:00 am-10:50 am.
This session will explore the basics of ergonomics, injury prevention, how to set up your workstation, standing desk use, and stretches/exercises to help reduce the risk of work-related pain.
Sleep: Understanding and Optimizing Your Nightly Reboot. (Fall)

This class will explore the science of sleep, the impact sleep has on overall health and wellbeing, and how to improve your sleep quality.
