Ergonomic Best Practices for Workstation Comfort and Safety. (Fall)

This session will explore the basics of ergonomics, injury prevention, how to set up your workstation, standing desk use, and stretches/exercises to help reduce the risk of work-related pain.

  • There will be two sessions for the class, you might register for both or one of the sessions.
  • The first one will be on 10/18/2023 from 9:00am-9:50am
  • The second session is on 12/07/2023 from 10:00 am-10:50 am.

Regardless of your role and daily job tasks at MSU, everyone benefits from an ergonomically sound workplace. This session will explore the basics of ergonomics, injury prevention, how to set up your workstation, standing desk use, and stretches/exercises to help reduce the risk of work-related pain. The recommendations in the class can be applied in your on-campus or home office.
