Cream Cheese Frosting
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 t pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 t kosher salt
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and salt. Using a hand mixer, whip until smooth. When your cake is completely cooled, spread with cream cheese icing. Slice, serve,and enjoy!

Chewy farro grains are delicious in this autumn-y salad. Recipe yields enough for dinner for 2 to 4 with some left for a couple of lunches. To do this, make the base with dressing, farro, and grilled veggies. Add fresh veggies to the base as you go.
