Super Simple Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef chuck or ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 2 (16 oz.) cans or 1 quart crushed tomatoes
- 2 T. chili powder
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/8 t. crushed red pepper
- 1 t. oregano
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1-2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- Garnishes (optional):
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
- Oyster crackers
