Coordinator, Spartan Resilience Training Program, Lisa M. Laughman, LMSW  and  Barb Kolp, LPC will facilitate a weekly on-line support session for MSU affiliated people experiencing the death of a loved one, co-worker, family member, partner, friend, etc.

These sessions will provide you with the following:

-Opportunity to share your own unique grief journey and be supported by others

-Opportunity to ask questions and learn about resources to support healthy grieving

-Basic grief education

-Grounding practices and core skill building to support emotional resilience and psychological flexibility.
