Active Office Workshop
If you work in an office setting, it can be hard to get in enough movement during the day. Learn about the importance of physical activity and how you can combat the aches and pains of a desk job with this interactive session.
- There will be two sessions for the class, you might register for both or one of the sessions.
- The first session is on 02/15/2024 on Thursday, from 10:00am-10:50 am.
- The second session is on 04/24/2024 on Wednesday, from 12:00 pm -12:50 pm.
- We’ll start by discussing ideas to get active, the physiology behind common injuries, and how to set up your workstation ergonomically. Then we will complete a desk-stretching routine that you can take back to your office and perform anytime you need to get up and move.
