The Health4U staff represents a multidisciplinary, professional team with multiple years of experience working with people in the areas of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, emotional health, food and nutrition, exercise, movement & fitness, health literacy and  physical health. Working individually or collectively, this team and each team member, offers a unique perspective on how to work with individuals or groups to maximize health capacity and potential.  Getting to know the Health4U team members can be very good for your health and well-being!

Food and Nutrition Counseling Services provides you with access to accurate health and lifestyle information, helping you to explore new behaviors and skills, and identifying useful campus and community resources.

MSU community members eligible for food and nutrition counseling services include faculty, staff, graduate assistants, retirees and the spouses/partners of members of these groups.
