Health4U staff have created a list of FAQs about the Health4U services that are currently available to campus during COVID-19.

1.) Is Health4U currently seeing clients?
Yes, the Health4U staff are still seeing clients. Food & Nutrition counseling appointments with Abby Richey are being offered via Telehealth video conferencing, and are now being offered in-person.

2.) How can I go about scheduling an appointment?
Please contact our office at health4u@msu.edu or 517-353-2596. If you call and someone doesn’t answer, please leave a voicemail so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.

3.) What is the preferred way to contact Health4U?
It is likely that you may be able to get in touch with us quicker via email (health4u@msu.edu). However, you can also contact us via phone (517-353-2596).

4.) Are you accepting any walk-in appointments?
You can walk in to our office to drop off paperwork, or to schedule an appointment. However, we are not able to accommodate any walk-in appointments at this time.

5.) What hours is Health4U open?
Phones and emails are monitored Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Appointments are also available during this time frame.

6.) How do I use Zoom for telehealth video conferencing?
For information regarding Zoom, please visit https://msu.zoom.us. If you need assistance with setting up a Zoom account, please contact the MSU IT Service Desk at 517-432-6200.

7.) How do phone appointments work?
We will provide you with Zoom connection information, regardless if you are wanting a telehealth video appointment, or a phone appointment. Please dial one of the phone numbers listed on the Zoom connection information that is provided to you, and enter the Meeting ID.

8.) I don't have Adobe Professional, how do I fill out the forms?
We recognize that currently everyone has varying resources available to them, so please just do your best to get the forms back to us. Some ideas include: using the Fill & Sign feature in Adobe reader, or Paint. Our staff is currently working to make our forms fillable and are hopeful to be able to share those with new clients in the very near future.
