Ingredients

  • 1 - 28 oz. can San Marzano tomatoes (this is a variety, not a brand)
  • A pinch or two of salt
  • fresh herbs (oregano, basil, thyme), chopped fine
  • 1 t. olive oil

Preparation

In a medium bowl, crush tomatoes by hand with salt, herbs, and olive oil.
